The founder of the law firm is a native-Californian who previously practiced employment law for a well-respected employment law firm in Tampa, Florida. While Mr. Browne mainly provided relief for aggrieved employees during his time with Wenzel Fenton and Cabassa, P.A., that firm also defended a handful of employers who faced legal action by employees. That experience has proved invaluable as Browne Labor Law strives to provide the best representation that it can to the law firm’s clients.
California Employee Rights Lawyers Serving clients in Southern California and Northern California
The attorneys at Browne Labor Law have both Southern and Northern California ties. Mr. Browne grew up in the Berkeley/Oakland area, and shortly after graduating college, worked for AmeriCorps in San Diego County, advocating for at-risk youth in the North County cities of Carlsbad, Escondido, Oceanside, San Marcos and Vista. Mr. Browne attended law school at Santa Clara University School of Law (Class of 2007) and worked and volunteered in San Jose, California throughout law school.
Devin Coyle, who serves in an Of Counsel role to Browne Labor Law, also grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Coyle attended UCLA School of Law, and previously worked for the Los Angeles employment law firm of Ackermann & Tilajef, P.C.
